My Health Diary is a mobile application that aims to promote a healthy lifestyle by allowing the user to keep track of the amount of food intake against the exercise output. The user will enter the information of the food consumed and the exercises performed into the system on a daily basis, and the system will generate the summary reports at the end of the week, so that the user will know if there is a balance between the food intake and the exercises. The user can also tell the system about her desired body weight, and the system will assist the user in achieving the target by suggesting to the user the food to consume and the exercises to carry out. The application will take into account the user's personal information such as age, gender, weight, height, occupation, and history of health problems in providing the suggestions.
